Site Safety Training (SST) Prescribed Courses
This bundle offers two DOB SST approved courses. This bundle will amount to 10 hours of required training that is necessary as per requirements for a Site Safety Training (SST) card.

Students will be examined via final exam following the in-class training.

This course aligns students with the information to identify safety hazards that are associated with the work environment. The training will teach the components of a site safety plan, and safety procedures necessary to safely complete a job.

This training will for drug and alcohol awareness will explain the effect drugs can have on the body. It will outline the risks associated with substance abuse and the construction industry. The course will provide actionable steps the students can take to prevent working while under the influence.
Students will be examined via final exam following the in-class training.

This training for 2-hour pre task meeting is provided to teach the jobsite safety in the most efficient way. Pre task meetings are a crucial element of the success of a construction project. This training will teach students how to develop an effective safety plan for the jobsite.
Students will be examined via a multiple-choice final exam following the in-class training.
Concrete Courses

With hands on demonstrations of the various concrete safety operations, the students will be introduced to the hazards of working in New York City and the specific work practices and methods that are utilized in concrete construction in city areas.

This course will introduce students to the hazards of working in New York City and the specific work practices and methods that are utilized in concrete construction in city areas. Throughout this course the students will be taught safe job practices for New York City buildings where 2000 cubic yards of concrete are to be poured.
Cranes & Derrick Courses
“This course is a Worker Training requirement for an individual to use or operate a Mast Climber in New York City.”

Responsibilities of a mast climber & operator will be outlined. Recognizing hazards related to the work environment will be covered in this course, along with procedures, regulations and controls mast climbers will need to familiarize themselves with.

OSHA Courses
The term OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 refers to the OSHA Ten or OSHA Thirty Hour Training that is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program. Official completion cards are issued to students who complete the OSHA training program by the United States Department of Labor (DOL).
The OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. Outreach classes also provide overview information regarding OSHA, including hazard recognition and avoidance, workers’ rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. OSHA training emphasizes the value of safety and health to workers.
The 10-hour training program is primarily intended for entry level workers.
Topics will include but is not limited to, introduction to OSHA, emergency exit routes, material handling, Emergency Action Plans, and Fire Prevention, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Hazard Communication.
Structure compliance offers both online and in-person OSHA 10 classes.
Our 30-hour training program is intended to provide construction workers with safety responsibility that is greater in depth and variety of training in comparison to the OSHA 10 hour.
Receiving an OSHA 30 Department of Labor card shows employers that you have completed 30 hours of OSHA-authorized training on critical workplace safety topics specific to construction.
The OSHA 30-Hour in Construction course is designed for supervisors in construction, building development, demolition, and other fields in the construction industry. Included in the course is a detailed account of the most common risks of construction work, including caught-in or -between hazards, fall hazards, struck-by hazards, and electrocution.
