Paddy is the Owner and CEO of our company. He has over 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry in New York. Paddy prides himself on his extensive knowledge of every safety book in his office, and there are too many books to count. He is passionate about site safety and is proud of his contributions to the Industry in New York City.
Dymphna Coleman
Office Manager
Dymphna is the office boss. She does it all. She keeps this company moving forwards because she genuinely cares about the people in our community. If anyone needs information about the happenings in the business, we can trust Dymphna to know from memory. Paddy and Dymphna come from the same part of Ireland and have been loyal friends for over 20 years.
Elizabeth Moriarty
Office administrator
Elizabeth is the newest member of our team and settling in nicely. As a recent graduate from a master’s in marketing, she is enthusiastic to show us what she can do. We place the running of our website and social media in her capable hands.
Lisa Pacillo
Trainer
Lisa has been on our team for many years now. She has gained top class experience in the field of Site Safety Training. She is committed to her craft and passionate about keeping construction sites safe. She knows how to train workers effectively and efficiently on Site Safety and takes pride in her skills as an educator.
Barbra Dyer
Trainer
Barbra works hard to keep the workplace hazard-free. She is one of our world class trainers. She works daily on some of New York City’s largest construction sites to ensure proper protocol is adhered to. Barbra cuts no corners and her dedication to safety is unmatched.
Frank Marascia
Trainer
Frankie has been with us for a year now, he has brought so much value to our team of trainers. He is constantly upskilling and advancing his knowledge of the most recent DOB and OSHA requirements. He is skilled at educating workers about their roles and responsibilities in keeping the workplace safe.
Debbie Ragoo
Safety Director
Debbie Oversees, Develops, and directs the general health and safety policies and procedures if the organization. She works hard to ensure the jobsites in NYC are in compliance with OSHA and NYC regulations. She conducts safety audits on site also. Debbie is top class when it comes to providing safety orientations, skills training, emergency preparedness classes and proper use of protective equipment.
Padraig (Pat) Tarrant
Master Rigger
Padraig Tarrant is an industry expert on all matters relating to high-elevation, high-risk rigging. For more than 25 years Pat has owned and operated consulting and contracting firms, which have specialized in the detailing, fabrication, rigging and erection of structural and ornamental steel for major projects in New York City and throughout the tri-state area. He continues to provide rigging services at structure compliance and is a huge asset to our team for both his knowledge and his hands on approach to teaching our crane and rigging classes.
Peter Crosby
Industrial Hygienist, CIH, CSP
Peter works hard with our company to protect construction and general industry workers and minimizing their compliance and insurance liabilities by developing and implementing comprehensive and cost-effective safety programs. He also assists our clients in maintaining and growing profitability by minimizing liabilities associated with workplace injuries, illnesses, accidents and regulatory (i.e. OSHA and State DOL) and contractual compliance (i.e. client specific health and safety requirements). Peter’s knowledge of hygiene is especially appreciated now in the times of Covid-19.
Laura Burke
Office Administrator
Along with her Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, Laura does a fantastic job with keeping our schedules and appointments in order, she makes sure we never miss a meeting. She keeps our trainers and students informed of their upcoming classes. Laura also keeps our records and database for the DOB and beyond in perfect order and ensures every student receives their card or certification following a class.
